Terms & Conditions – Rs. 100 BookMyShow Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user to Rs. 100/- off on one movie transaction on the BookMyShow website/app. The offer will be mentioned on the scratch card.
2. The offer is valid for all shows from Monday to Sunday.
3. The discount is applicable on a minimum of one movie ticket and valid for only one transaction per promo code, irrespective of the number of tickets booked. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the end user’s credit/debit card.
4. The end user may be required to present a copy of the credit/debit card at the cinema hall prior to redemption.
5. To avail of the offer, customers must show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance amount is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used for any other transaction.
7. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
8. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
9. The theatre manager’s decision will be final, and standard cinema rules will apply.
10. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher, i.e., Rs. 100.

Terms & Conditions – Rs. 100 Domino’s Voucher
1. This offer entitles you to a Rs. 100 discount voucher on the Domino’s website.
2. A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed at a time on the partner website in a single transaction.
3. To avail of the offer, apply the promo code by choosing an e-gift voucher under the payment method during checkout on the partner website.
4. The promo code can be redeemed only on the partner website and cannot be redeemed directly at the outlet.
5. The offer is valid only on home delivery and takeaway orders.
6. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. has already sent the pizza voucher codes via SMS, they will not resend the codes to any new or corrected phone number provided by the entrant.
7. If the value of the order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance amount is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
8. Minimum order value conditions apply for home delivery orders.
9. The list of participating outlets is subject to change.
10. The pizza voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
11. The discount is applicable on a maximum of one transaction only, irrespective of the number of items ordered using a single promo code. The remaining amount must be paid by the end user.
12. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the coupon, i.e., Rs. 100.

Terms & Conditions – Rs. 100 KFC Voucher
1. This offer entitles you to up to Rs. 100/- off on one transaction at select KFC outlets.
2. The KFC discount voucher can be redeemed only at select KFC outlets and cannot be used on any partner website/app.
3. If the value of the KFC order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance amount is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
4. To avail of the offer, present the discount code received via SMS prior to billing at participating outlets. The code cannot be applied after the bill has been generated.
5. The code cannot be reused or partially used across multiple transactions.
6. The promoters, their agents, and distributors cannot be held responsible if any outlet declines acceptance of the offer for reasons beyond their control.
7. The list of participating outlets is subject to change. Only participating KFC outlets will accept the e-gift voucher. Yum Restaurants and its authorized franchisees reserve the right to add or remove outlets without prior notice.
8. The discount code is not applicable at KFC airport outlets, railway station outlets, and select mall outlets.
9. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the coupon, i.e., Rs. 100.
10. Yum Restaurants and its authorized franchisees reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
11. How to redeem the KFC voucher: Visit a participating KFC outlet and present the e-gift voucher at the time of billing.
12. Inform the outlet prior to billing that you intend to use the e-gift card for payment. During billing, present the e-gift card to redeem it.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This card entitles the user/voucher holder to choose any two rewards from the following:
- Rs. 100 BookMyShow Voucher
- Rs. 100 Domino’s Voucher
- Rs. 100 KFC Voucher
2. This card is non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be encashed.
3. Only registered cards with a unique registration number will be valid for processing booking requests.
4. This offer is not valid for dealers, distributors, employees of CityMax Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., their clients or agencies, and their immediate family members.
5. Usage of this voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective offer partners, which must be adhered to by the voucher holder.
6. The “How to Use/Redeem” instructions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. This promotion is applicable on minimum purchase at select CityMax Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. (FunCity) outlets only.
8. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and CityMax Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any changes in voucher usage policies by the offer partners (KFC/Domino’s/BookMyShow). In case any offer is discontinued, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide an alternative reward of equal value.
9. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of the participant. Standard call and message charges will apply as per the telecom operator.
10. Only one voucher code can be used per transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
11. A maximum of one voucher code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email ID, and per household during the promotion period. Additionally, only one reward can be claimed per week.
12. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
13. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting solely as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal or financial liability for unclaimed offers, incentives, or vouchers beyond the validity period. CityMax Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any matters related to the voucher or rewards.
14. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or discontinue this offer or its Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice and without liability. If any partner discontinues a reward, an alternative reward of equal value may be provided.
15. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with voucher redemption. In case of unforeseen circumstances (including technical issues, fraud, or unauthorized intervention), the promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.
16. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to network issues, system errors, or device malfunctions during participation in the promotion.
17. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical or external factors (such as viruses, tampering, or unauthorized intervention), the promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable regulations.
18. Any attempt to damage the promotional website or interfere with its operation may result in legal action. Participants agree to indemnify the promoter against any losses arising from breach of these Terms.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors are not responsible for misuse of vouchers or for any issues related to the quality or availability of partner offers.
20. CityMax Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. does not endorse the quality of products/services offered by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. or its partners. Any related concerns must be addressed directly to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.
21. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. The promoter reserves the right to amend offer details without prior notice.
22. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
